The Patrons Oxford Businessowners Policy is a comprehensive property and liability insurance policy developed to meet the needs of your business. The Patrons Oxford BOP provides coverage for eligible mercantile, office, service, wholesale, apartment, and condominium businesses.

Each business is individual in nature, and a wide range of options are available to create a policy to fit your needs. Along with the standard coverage endorsements available within a Businessowners policy (BOP), our Presidential Security Endorsement is designed to enhance the coverage needs of Businessowners. When this industry-specific endorsement is attached to our BOP policy, it adds over 40 new coverages or limit increases, plus a Bucket Limit of up to $250,000.

Also available within the Patrons Oxford BOP:

Equipment and Mechanical Breakdown coverage is available. This optional endorsement covers equipment including boilers and pressure vessels, mechanical and electrical equipment and business systems. Coverage includes (but not limited to): comprehensive machinery and equipment coverage, business interruption and extra expense, off premises power interruption, spoilage, water damage, ammonia contamination, EDP equipment, media coverage and more.

EPLI (Employment Practices Liability) is available. EPLI is designed to protect business owners from suits filed by anyone in your employment now, formerly employed by you, and potential employees. Employee lawsuits can stem from allegations of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, invasion of privacy, false imprisonment, breach of contract, emotional distress, and wage and hour law violations. For qualified policies, the EPLI endorsement can be added to your BOP.

Commercial Umbrella is available. The Patrons Oxford Umbrella is an excess liability endorsement covering your Patrons Oxford Business Owners policy and can extend to your Patrons oxford Auto policy as well.
